Middle Tennessee Fiber Festival

Fiber Festival at the Dickson County Fairgrounds, in Dickson TN on May 25 & 26, 2012. Our Vendor spaces are currently full and we have a waiting list.
This year we have exciting news. Internationally known fiber artist Jacey Boggs will be teaching three workshops this year. It is very exciting. We also have Ravelry favorite, Fleegle teaching a supported spindle workshop. Other workshops this year include Indigo dyeing, natural dyeing Painting roving, several felting workshops, several knitting workshops and some weaving workshops. We will again have several fiber processing workshops, form washing and dyeing fleeces to combing and carding.
New this year will be a sheep breed exhibit put on by the Tennessee Sheep Producers. You’ll be able to see different breeds and have someone to explain their uses and care. We will have Gary Lawson to shear again, and will have some of our lambs to pet.
