Hippie Skincare – Lotion Bars, Tallow Balm and Solid Cologne – Saturday, May 30, 2026 – 1 to 4 PM

Our Hippie Skincare class is exactly what the name suggests, with a focus on making simple skin care products with natural ingredients, no preservatives and minimal packaging.

Students will learn how to make solid lotion bars, which use ingredients such as beeswax, coconut oil, shea butter and fragrances to create deep moisturizing lotion bars that don’t require a typical pump or bottle.

We’ll also learn how to make whipped tallow balm as well as solid cologne/perfume. Class will be very hands-on with students weighing and mixing batches and everyone will get to take home some of each product that we make in class. Students will also receive a PDF that includes all instructions and topics covered as well as recipes used to make all items in class.
