This intermediate soap making class will build on the basics learned in the beginning class and explore more advanced topics such as making soap with goat’s milk (or any other milk), adding colorant to your soap batches and how to make hot process soap using a crockpot.
We’ll also delve deeper into using online soap calculators to create a batch from scratch and students will get experience making larger five pound soap batches.
Students must have completed our Beginning Soap Making class or have prior soap making experience and are comfortable and knowledgeable about safely working with lye solution when making soap.
