Handmade Holiday Gifts – Saturday, December 13, 2025 – 1 to 4 PM

We’ll tackle three different projects in this class, with students getting to make and take home various goodies to give away as holiday gifts (or keep for themselves if they’re feeling like a Grinch!).

Our first project will be felted soap, with each student provided with all the materials (a finished handmade bar of soap and wool roving) to make two bars of felted soap.

Next up will be hard lotion bars, which use beeswax and natural oils and butters and fragrance to create a moisturizing solid bar of lotion that has no preservatives or additives.

Our third project will be to create solid colognes and/or solid perfumes. Each student will select fragrances and will measure, mix and pour their custom creations into small slider tins.

All materials are included in the class fee and students will get a handout with recipes and instructions for all three projects.
